Fort kochi - the first european Settlement in India 

Fort Kochi is the first European township in India. By walking through the streets of Fort Kochi, you can smell the past. Chinese fishing nets along the Vasco Da Gama Square, Santa Cruz Basilica retaining the specimens of a bygone era and still proud of those days. Fort Kochi is part of a handful of water-bound regions toward the southwest of the mainland Kochi

The beach part extends to backwaters of Cochin. It is a beautiful beach with tourists all the time. There is a path way of about 1  Km , the tourists can walk and enjoy beach. The beach view is excellent. You can see big ships are coming and going from Vallarpadam Container terminal of Cochin port.

Mattancherry 

The Mattancherry Palace is a Portuguese palace popularly known as the Dutch Palace. Mattancherry Palace and museum is one of the main heritage center of Kerala. Ancient times Mattanvcherry was the spice trading centre in Kerala. It hosts, Jews, jains, Muslims, Christians and Hindus. Jewish Synagogu is another tourist attraction. Jews street for shopping is also famous.

Marine Drive - the sea face of Cochin   

Marine Drive is a beautiful promenade in Kochi. It is a popular hangout for the local populace as well as the tourists.
