Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Trip-enticer, we strive to provide exceptional tour experiences for our valued customers. However, we understand that circumstances may arise that necessitate cancellation or changes to your travel plans. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making a booking.

Eligibility for Refund:

 a. Full payment: Bookings with full payment are eligible for a refund as per the conditions mentioned below.

 b. Partial Payments: Bookings made with partial payments are not eligible for any refund.

Refund Amounts:

a. Before 20 Days of the Commencement of the Package Tour: 100% of the booking amount will be returned.

b. Before 15 Days of the Commencement of the Package Tour: 75% of the booking amount will be refunded.

c. Before 10 Days of the Commencement of Package Tour: 50% of the booking amount will be returned.

d. Less than 10 Days of the Commencement of Package Tour: No refund will be provided.

Refund Process:

a. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the booking.

b. Processing time for the refund may vary depending on the payment provider and may take up to 14 business days.

Cancellation Procedure:

a. All cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to [Tour Company's Email Address].

b. Cancellation requests must include the booking reference number, traveler's name, and contact information.

c. The cancellation request date will be considered as the date of receipt of the written request.

 Tour Company's Rights:

a. Trip-enticer reserves the right to cancel any tour package due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, or low booking numbers.

b. In the event of tour cancellation by Trip-enticer a full refund will be provided to the customers who have made full payment.

 Amendments:

a. Changes to the travel dates or itinerary are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

b. Customers must inform Trip-enticer of any amendments at least 10 days before the commencement of the tour.

 Exceptions:

a. In certain cases, exceptions to this policy may be granted based on specific circumstances. These exceptions must be agreed upon and stated in the contract before the booking is made.

 Non-Transferable:

a. Refunds are non-transferable and are only applicable to the original booking.
