Ecotourism Tents - Photos of Mannavanur Lake, Kodaikanal

 35 km from Kodai bus station. From the entrance about a km to reach Lake. managed by Tamilnadu Forest Dept.  boating buy the tickets at the entrance itself along with entry fee. Ecotourism entry fee 20 Rs

Boating per person 75 Rs. For kayaking (banana boat) available and costs Rs -300 Rs for 30 minutes.

Better to reach in the early morning - Food option limited- so take food in Kodai

Reach early hours of the day will be better to spend fresh morning hours here. We didn't see much crowd here during our weekday visit. Food options very limited, either in Poombarai village or back in Kodai. Carry some snacks to have it whiling chill out the in wonderful Lake. Horse riding facility also available near the Lake. We didn't try it.
